At RON, we believe life is complicated enough. We've tried to keep our terms the same way we make our aprons—simple, honest and made to last.
By purchasing from RON, you agree to the following terms.
A few simple things
Each RON apron is thoughtfully made from premium European linen.
Linen is a natural fibre, so slight variations in colour, weave and texture are part of what makes every apron unique. These are not faults—they're part of the character of the fabric and one of the reasons linen becomes more beautiful with age.
Products
Our aprons are designed to be worn, washed and lived in.
Please follow the care instructions included with your apron to help it age beautifully.
Normal softening, fading and gentle creasing are all part of the natural story of linen.
Caring for your RON
All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Prices may change without notice.
Pricing
Once your order has been placed, you'll receive a confirmation email.
If something doesn't look right, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll always do our best to help before your order leaves us.
Orders
If your apron arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
If you simply change your mind, unused aprons in their original condition may be returned within 14 days. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
For hygiene and quality reasons, aprons that have been worn, washed or damaged cannot be returned.
Faults
If you believe your apron has a manufacturing fault, please email us with photographs so we can assess the issue. We'll repair, replace or refund genuine manufacturing faults in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Returns
All photography, logos, artwork, website content and designs remain the property of RON and may not be reproduced without written permission.
